FIONA'S EMERGENCY RESPONSE FROM TALLER SALUD

Women are still at the heart of rebuilding efforts in their communities. After Hurricane Irma and María, they strongly lead community efforts and mutual aid initiatives, even during the COVID-19 emergency.

 

Immediately after Hurricane Fiona made landfall in Puerto Rico, we spearheaded a disaster response. We also launched a Hurricane Relief Fund which has provided essential goods and drinking water to more than 10,000 families around the island to this day.
